giving you a clear and transparent overview of what needs to be done and the project’s progress at every stage.

Step one is filling out the intake form. This helps me understand your needs and how I can best serve you.
Once the proposal is complete, I’ll create a tailored contract for you.

Project Contract

Step two is the project contract. Based on your selections in the proposal, I’ll draft a personalized contract outlining our collaboration. Once you’ve signed the contract, we’ll move on to the payment stage, officially securing your project.

Payment

Step three is the payment process. After you’ve signed the contract and selected your services, I’ll issue an invoice for 50% of the total project cost as the initial payment.

Content delivery
Your job is to deliver all the content mentioned in the form in the required formats that includes domain access

Homepage design
After the first sketch is approved and adjusted, it's time to create your real homepage. This is only the desktop version.

First revision
Once i've built the homepage sketch and present it to you, you are invited to give feedback via our designated system.

First approval
After the revisions have been implemented from your feedbck, it's time to show you the page again and to make sure everything is as it should. And sign the form

Rest of the website
After getting a good idea on how the homepage looks like, I build the entire website based on that design. (Only the desktop version)

Second Revision
After the whole desktop version of the website is built, I send it over to you and if necessary, you provide feedback via our designated system.

Second approval
After the revisions have been implemented from your feedbck, it's time to show you the pages again and to make sure everything is as it should. And sign the form

Mobile optimization
Once we have signed off the desktop design, it's time to start working on the mobile version. Here i will optimize the website to be mobile ready.

Third revision
After the whole mobile version of the website is built, I send it over to you and if necessary, you provide feedback via our designated system.

Mobile approval
After checking and making sure the mobile version looks and functons good, you approve the design and sign the form.

Migration
The most exciting part, when your website officially becomes yours. We migrate your domain name and create an admin account for your new website

sign off
We are officially done. you fill in the signing off form and i send you a Feedback questionnaire. here you also receive a guidance video on how to adjust elements on your website yourself.

Marketing
Depending on our package, this is where the marketing phase begins.
